Pre-authorisations are automatically released within one month. If you wish to speed up the process, you may contact us 5 days after your departure so we can release it manually.

Dishes must be clean and stored: the kitchen is not included in the cleaning service; and rubbish must be taken out (containers are located at the bottom of the building).

Please respect the neighbours; noise and disturbing parties are prohibited. In case of a complaint reported to the agency by the police, your deposit may be retained for breaching the regulations (you may contact the police at +376 755 222).

It is forbidden to bring skis and ski boots into the apartment due to the high risk of wear. For those staying in a building without lockers, we offer a solution on the slopes.

You have 48 hours to report any discrepancy in the inventory or any existing damage to avoid liability.
Any guest who has not informed of their arrival nor established contact before 23:00 will be considered a “no show”.
